Ms. Gienapp brings The Evaluation Forum a strong background in outcome-based evaluation design as well as management of evaluation implementation. Through her work with Organizational Research Services as well as The Washington Institute, she has extensive experience training a variety of public and non-profit agencies, helping them understand the value of outcome measurement and implement outcome evaluation as a means of improving program quality. Ms. Gienapp earned her M.P.A. from The Evergreen State College.
