Judith Clegg has been helping service providers and funders define and measure outcomes for over 20 years. An experienced program designer, grants manager and evaluator, she brings the integrated knowledge necessary to expand the evaluation and planning capacity of service delivery and funding organizations. Ms. Clegg is President of Clegg and Associates, Inc., a health and human services consulting firm, and a Principal in the Managed Care Performance Project, a firm which assists agencies in implementing managed care delivery systems.
