He brings a wealth of expertise in statistics and demography to The Evaluation Forum staff, and has years of teaching and coaching in the field of statistics under his belt, making him a natural for outcome-based evaluation coaching and training. Additionally, Dr. Bolan has accumulated extensive experience evaluating non-profit and government programs for Organizational Research Services, with major emphases on housing, health care and youth services.
